Personnel and Structure
Board of Trustees
Trustees are key members of the organisation's leadership team. To minimise core costs, the Trustees take an active role through strategic planning, target setting, communicating, monitoring and evaluating the carefully controlled expansion of the charity, and resolve both staffing and financial issues.
Our current Board are a confident and diverse group of people who are mutually supportive but we actively welcome applications from prospective Trustees.
